Aries Deitch & Endelson Inc. of Hartsdale said today
a Westchester-based restaurant group is expanding into
downtown White Plains – namely a new upscale modern
Italian restaurant planned for 1 North Broadway within
White Plains Plaza.
Antipasti, Wine & Antipasto Bar (www.antipastiny.com)
promises to offer a sophisticated ambiance and more than
100 wine selections available by the glass when it opens
later this year in the space long occupied by Papa Razzi.
A gut-rehab of the space has begun, and Antipasti is
set to open this summer, according to AD&E, which
adds: “Owners plan it to be the most exciting new
restaurant in Westchester County.”
Opening Antipasti will be the group that owns Amore Pizzeria & Pasta
of Armonk and Thornwood, as well as Pomodoro Pizzeria & Trattoria
of Riverside, Conn.
Antipasti has signed a long-term lease with White Plains
Plaza owner Heyman Properties of Westport, Conn. Victor
Benel, a vice president with Aries Deitch & Endelson,
represented both the tenant and the landlord.
