Howard
Properties announces five leases

Howard Properties Ltd.
and its president, Howard E. Greenberg, today announced
the following lease deals. An associate of the firm,
Eric Holdorf, was exclusive tenant representative for
the following tenants:
The Westchester County
Bar Association has signed a long-term lease for 3,016
square feet at 1 North Broadway, within the two-building,
750,000-square-foot White Plains Plaza owned by Heyman
Properties of Westport, Conn. Founded in 1896, the bar
association has more than 2,200 members, and relocated
within White Plains from 300 Hamilton Ave.
Berlitz Languages, Inc. has signed a long-term lease
for 2,617 square feet of retail and office space at 235
Main St. in White Plains, part of the Renaissance Corporate
Center owned by father and son developers Stephen and
Joshua Caspi. Founded in 1878, Berlitz is an international
language training company with more than 450 locations
in 60 countries.
The law firm Berry & Nurzia has renewed its lease
for 2,535 square feet at 660 White Plains Road in Tarrytown,
within the Tarrytown Corporate Center owned and managed
by RexCorp Realty L.L.C.
The law firm of Barry, McTiernan & Moore leased 3,588
square feet of space at 55 Church St., the downtown White
Plains building owned and managed by Minskoff Grant Realty
and Management Corp. The firm, founded in 1930, specializes
in insurance litigation, and has more than 35 lawyers
in its offices in New York City, Jersey City and Trumbull,
Conn.
Wells-Canning & Associates, Inc. leased 3,084 square
feet at Sutton Park, 465 Columbus Ave., Valhalla. The
building is owned and managed by Diamond Properties.
Wells-Canning provides investment consulting services
to insurance companies in the United States and internationally.
Founded by veteran commercial broker Howard Greenberg
in 1998, Howard Properties specializes in tenant representation
and real estate consulting. The firm has completed space
acquisitions, dispositions, lease renegotiations and
consulting assignments in 20 states.
