28 panel focuses on real estate ownership

The
Business Council of Westchester and the Westchester County
Board of Realtors’ Commercial & Investment Division
are teaming up to host a panel discussion, “Real
Estate in Westchester County: Public vs. Private Ownership”
from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Hilton Rye Town in
Rye Brook, 699 Westchester Ave.
Moderator is Christopher O’Callaghan, a senior director
with Cushman & Wakefield. Panelists are Jeffrey H.
Newman of W&M Properties, John A. Saraceno of Onyx
Properties L.L.C. and George T. Constantin of Heritage
Investment Management.
Onyx teamed up with a Pennsylvania partner last fall to
snap up 1311 Mamaroneck Ave. in White Plains. Heritage
owns 2, 3 and 4 Gannett Drive in Harrison (White Plains
address); tenants at 3 Gannett include Westfair Communications
Inc., which publishes D&D and the Westchester County
Business Journal.
