Goldschmidt announces new exclusive tenants, listings


 

Goldschmidt & Associates of Scarsdale announced today it has been selected as tenant’s representative in Westchester for several chains, some familiar to Westchester and some not.


In the familiar category: Citibank, Cohen’s Optical, CVS Pharmacy, Floris Day Spa Stark Business Solutions and My Gym Children’s Fitness Center. Goldschmidt’s firm previously matched Citibank with a New Rochelle space set to open on North Avenue, CVS with its new Scarsdale-area space at..... (to replace the current store at ... Garth Road) and My Gym with its Yorktown Heights space at the Triangle Shopping Center.
Floris has Westchester stores in White Plains on central Park Avenue and in Thornwood at Rose Hill Shopping Center.


Seeking their first Westchester locations through Goldschmidt will be Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Rizzuto’s Wood-Fired Pizza Kitchen. Moe’s is a burrito chain whose nearest place to Westchester is in Staten Island. Rizzuto’s has a single restaurant in Bethel, Conn.


The brokerage was recently named exclusive agents for 15 properties in and around Westchester:
