Cushman & Wakefield announced today what D&D readers learned on Dec. 9 – that Rockwood Capital Corp. has signed a lease for 14,000 square feet at 10 Bank St. in downtown White Plains. Rockwood, a real estate investment firm with more than $1.5 billion in properties under management, will relocate offices now in Greenwich at 325 Greenwich Ave.
C&W disclosed that Rockwood inked a 10-year lease for space on the 11th floor of the 220,000-square foot-building, owned by partners in W&M Properties, the Stamford, Conn., firm that serves as the building’s leasing and managing agent.
Christopher O’Callaghan, a senior director with C&W, represented Rockwood.
