Aries Deitch & Endelson announces leases

Aries Deitch & Endelson Inc. of Hartsdale has announced the following leases:

Palm Beach Tanning will open this spring within 3,000 square feet in part of the former Wiz building at Midway Shopping Center, 999 Central Ave, Greenburgh (Scarsdale address).

Panera Bread also leased 5,500 sq. ft. in the same building and is now under construction. Panera has also completed leases in Newburgh, Fishkill and Yorktown.

Also at Midway, People's Bank agreed to occupy 4,000 square feet for what would be its first announced Westchester branch.

Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey Inc. has leased 8,720 square feet at 380 Saw Mill River Rd in Elmsford for a retail store and donation center. The store is scheduled to open in early spring 2007.

E-Trade leased 5,500 square feet at 428 Central Ave in Greenburgh (Scarsdale address), a retail space formerly occupied by a leather furniture store.

T-Mobile leased 3,850 square feet at the Michael's Shopping Center, 333 N. Central Ave, Hartsdale. The store opened last October.

Cingular Wireless signed a lease for 1,980 square feet at The Galleria at White Plains, Fashion Level 1, and for 2,000 square feet at Brewster Towne Center on Route 22.

Also taking space at Brewster Towne Center are a Putnam Credit Union branch (2,500 square feet) and Irish Bar, 1,550 square feet.

Primo's Deli took 1,100 square feet and JNR Drug expanded by 1,100 square feet at Brewster Square, Route 6.

Wachovia Bank branch leases have been concluded in Mamaroneck and Harrision. 

Vitaldent, an international dentistry center, signed a lease for 3,500 square feet at Westchester Square Shopping Center in Hartsdale.

Let's Dish inked a lease for 2,200 square feet and Fitness Together, 2,000 square feet at Scarsdale Park Mall, Central Park Avenue, Greenburgh (Scarsdale address).

Calidad Furniture took the 23,000-square-foot former Seaman's store at Kohl's Center, Central Avenue in Yonkers.

Westchester Chapel, a Church of the Nazarene, leased 10,000 square feet at 214 Central Ave, White Plains, NY.
